Manchester United to Play a Second Match in Malaysia

Manchester United will play a second match in Malaysia. This was announced at the post-match press conference of the Manchester United match against the Malaysian Selection.

The announcement was made by Mr Julian Kam, CEO of ProEvents. Also present were David Gill, CEO, Manchester United, and Dato' Azzuddin Ahmad, General Secretary, Football Association of Malaysia (FAM).

Julian Kam said, "We would like to announce that MU will play a second match in Malaysia. And this will be on Monday the 20th at 8.45pm at this stadium. Looking at the tremendous reception the team has received in Malaysia, and the capacity crowd tonight, we believe that many fans would be eager to watch the team play again. A second match will give fans who missed out to watch the players in action. And those who'd like to watch them again can also do so. Also, a second match will give our Malaysian players another chance to play MU, something that coach Rajagobal says will be very good experience for our boys."

"The tickets to the match will cost RM58 and this is free seating. Grandstand tickets will be at RM308. Tickets can be purchased through all Ticketpro outlets from tomorrow. Tickets can also be purchased from the ticket counter at the Green Gate at the stadium, from tomorrow onwards, from 12pm to 7pm. On Match Day, tickets will be on sale from 12pm onwards.

"The RM308 grandstand tickets will be sold online through www.ticketpro.com.my and also at all outlets. The grandstand tickets will not be sold at the stadium," added Julian Kam.

"We know there are many disappointed fans who have missed the opportunity to catch the match in Jakarta. We have made some special arrangements for them. Visitors from the UK who bought tickets to watch the match in Indonesia can bring their tickets to us and exchange them to get new tickets to watch the match on the 20th. For fans in Indonesia who bought tickets to the match in Jakarta, you can exchange your Indonesian match ticket to get a ticket to watch the match in KL. We have arranged for 3,000 seats in the stadium to be allocated to these fans. We will set up a special Counter at the Green Gate at the Stadium for fans to exchange their ticket. This Counter will be open on Match Day, July 20 from 12pm to 7pm."

Julian added, "Finally I would like to thank the Malaysian Government, Football Association of Malaysia, the police, the immigration, the security and our hotel, Mandarin Oriental for the tremendous support and assistance they have given to us over the last 24 hours to make the team's extended stay and the second match possible.

Michael Jackson dies aged 50

Michael Jackson, the singer, has died after suffering a suspected cardiac arrest. He was 50.

Paramedics who responded to an emergency call to his home in Los Angeles said that he had stopped breathing by the time they arrived.

Sources at the UCLA Medical Centre said that the self-styled "King of Pop" did not come out of a coma and died.

Jackson's mother and other relatives had rushed to the singer's bedside at the hospital, while tearful fans gathered outside.

Earlier, the singer's father Joe said he had been told his son was "in a bad way". Other unnamed family members said that Jackson "was in really bad shape".

Jackson is widely credited with revolutionising pop music with albums including Bad and Thriller, but his career was tainted with allegations of child abuse.

He was due to perform a highly-anticipated 50-date "farewell" residency at the O2 Arena in Greenwich, south London, starting next month. Fears for his health emerged after he postponed the first dates.

Jackson lived as a virtual recluse following his 2005 acquittal on charges including child molestation and plotting to kidnap his young accuser. Despite his acquittal, the trial was a body blow from which the pop superstar struggled to recover.

Four years later, Jackson is still worshipped by fans and lauded by critics, for his infectious, dance pop music. The attention, however, paid to him in recent years has been less flattering, focusing on repeated cosmetic surgery - which he always denied - his baby-dangling antics and a decade of child abuse claims.

His friend, the performer Uri Geller, said last night there had been no indication that the singer was in such a frail condition.

"I'm absolutely devastated and shocked. I really have no words," he said. "He was a young and terribly fit man and he was getting ready for performances in England. He was just fine, the last I heard."

Matt Blank from the Michael Jackson World Network fan club said he was "a bit dumfounded and a bit shellshocked by it all".

He added: "I find it hard to believe this could be a reality.

"In the past, health issues of Michael Jackson have always been rumoured. I can only imagine this is down to the amount of stress he was under to come out and perform."

He added: "It's just unimaginable that Michael Jackson is no more, it's just unbelievable."

Brian Oxman, a Jackson family lawyer, told CNN he was told by the star's brother, Randy Jackson, that he had collapsed at his home in west Los Angeles.

A cardiologist at UCLA told showbiz website TMZ.com that Jackson died of cardiac arrest after failing to respond to attempts at resuscitation. It also said his sister LaToya ran into the hospital sobbing.

A spokesman for the hospital declined to comment.

Jackson last toured 12 years ago when he played 82 shows in 58 cities for the HIStory tour. He has spent time living outside the United States since his 2005 acquittal on child molestation charges.

AEG Live, which organised the O2 concerts, said Jackson had passed a lengthy physical exam in early 2009, before the London concerts were announced.

Born in 1958, Jackson made his musical debut with four of his older brothers in the Jackson Five before launching his solo career. As his life was complicated by his meteoric rise to fame, he also started undergoing a dramatic physical transformation.

In 1994, he married Lisa Marie Presley, the 26-year-old daughter of Elvis Presley. The couple separated two years later and Jackson later remarried Debbie Rowe, a 37-year-old nurse he met while undergoing plastic surgery in 1997. They had two children, Prince Michael and Paris Michael Katherine, before divorcing in 1999.

Jackson had custody of the two children and of a third, Prince Michael II, whose mother's name has never been made public.

Ferguson revels in another Premier League success - MU win EPL

Sir Alex Ferguson is delighted to have presided over Manchester United's 18th league title - but number 19 is the one he really wants.

More title joy for Sir Alex Ferguson

After vowing to "knock Liverpool off their perch'' when he first headed south from Aberdeen in 1986, Ferguson is now just one league championship away from doing just that.

A goalless draw with Arsenal today was enough to ensure United completed a hat-trick of Premier League title triumphs.

Yet the champagne corks had not stopped popping in an ecstatic home dressing room when their notoriously driven manager delivered his ominous warning to Liverpool counterpart Rafael Benitez.

"The great challenge now is to try to win it next year because that would be something special,'' he said. "It would be a 19th league and give us a special place in the club's history.

"I am already thinking about next year. You have to do it here. There is nothing else for it. You just drive on.''

Not that Ferguson is completely dismissing the impact of championship number 18 - and an 11th for him personally.

"I do take a lot of pride from equalling Liverpool,'' he said. "When I came down here they were the top guns. My job was to try to change that.

"But I never thought we could get 11 titles - never in a million years.''

In truth, this was not one of United's better efforts in another stellar campaign. Yet Ferguson could point out it did not have to be given a draw was the only requirement to hold off Liverpool's challenge.

That is why the Red Devils chief took off Carlos Tevez midway through the second half, replacing him with a more defensively aware player in Park Ji-sung.

The move did not seem to meet with Tevez's approval, the Argentina star offering a little shake of the head before waving to all four sides of the ground as if to say goodbye.

"It's emotional,'' said Tevez. "I like Manchester and I like the fans. But maybe it is goodbye. It is very difficult.''

Neither Ferguson, nor United's fans, are ready to give up just yet.

Indeed, the Red Devils chief viewed the tears that welled up in Tevez's eyes at the end as a positive sign.

"If that was the case it is a good thing,'' said Ferguson. "We want him to stay. The only reason I substituted him was that he was playing up front on his own and he was tired.''

It now seems almost certain Ferguson will elect to rest all his star men for next Sunday's trip to Hull, which could have a huge impact on the battle to avoid relegation.

Not that Ferguson can worry too much about that with a Champions League final against Barcelona four days later to worry about.

"Now we have won the league we are bouncing into the final,'' he said. "The players and fans are up. It is a very positive note we are striking at the moment.''

When the analysis of the championship race as a whole is done this summer, Ferguson will point to two moments as being particularly significant.

The first came at Stoke on Boxing Day, three days after the return from Club World Cup duty in Japan, when Tevez's late winner set United on the road to 11 successive victories.

The second arrived in the form of unknown teenager Federico Macheda, whose injury-time strike against Aston Villa at Old Trafford enabled United to win again after successive defeats to Liverpool and Fulham which threatened to turn into a major problem.

"We have shown fantastic consistency,'' he said. "But the important game was Stoke. We had to get a result and we churned one out. It gave us a kick-start and we attacked every game after that.

"Then Macheda's effort was the catalyst for winning the league. If we had drawn or lost that game Liverpool would have had the scent.

"The players had just come back from international duty and we had to win.''

Ferguson admitted he never loses the addiction to success, which is why he has no intention of giving up the management game just yet, even though he will celebrate his 68th birthday on the last day of 2009.

"You get that same wonderful feeling when you win a trophy,'' he said. "When you see the fans celebrating at the end of the game, all the hard work and the pain is worth it.

"I am not contemplating retirement at all. I am going to stay as a manager and until my health tells me when to quit.''

Arsene Wenger offered his congratulations to Manchester United but warned that Arsenal will offer a much sterner test next term.

"Deep down I wish it was us not Manchester United,'' he said of the title party going on within earshot. "But that is sport. They were the better team this year, so congratulations to them.

"We have to make sure that it is on our side next year. Things can change quickly but what we have seen today shows we have the quality to be up there. We have to keep believing in these players and work hard.

"They have learned a lot this year.''

So committed to the Arsenal cause is Wenger that he is believed to have turned down the chance to coach Bayern Munich before Louis van Gaal was appointed at the Allianz Arena this week.

Wenger refused to answer directly when asked about the issue, preferring instead to focus on Arsenal's exploits in a season he does not feel was quite the disaster many made it out to be.

"We were not that far off,'' he said. "Since November we have lost one game and that was after the disappointment of losing to Manchester United in the Champions League.

"We were close in the Champions League and close in the FA Cup and have been remarkably consistent since November. At the moment the team is not getting the credit it deserves but it is down to us to come back next year and show the same consistency.''

F1 2009 dah nak mula hujung bulan march ni. Tapi aku tak pernah la nak tengok live. Tengok kat TV la..leh tengok dari banyak angle kan. Pastu ade ulang tayang aksi2 cam accident ke ape ke kan. Tapi tahun 2008, aku tengok F1 dari laptop. Kenapa? Sebab aku leh record sekali. Jadi aku record hampir keseluruhan F1 tahun lepas la. Lepas upload 2-3hari, video dah kena 'sound' sebab copyright. Bukan F1 je leh record..aper2 rancangan kegemaran pun leh record. Lagi satu, korang leh set kan nak start record kol berapa, abis record kol berapa.

Sebenarnya dah lama dengar pasal bio aura ni, tapi masa tu kalau nak beli kena ade cash RM2000. Haha...kalau ade RM2000 pun, takkan nak lepaskan semata-mata bio-aura ni. Tapi sekarang dah boleh beli secara ansuran. Harga dia RM2080, sebulan saya bayar RM100 jer.

Kotorrrr.

Penapis A (Ceramic) - tukar setahun sekali
Penapis B - (kuning) - tukar setahun sekali
Penapis C - (hijau) - tukar setahun sekali
Penapis D - (biru cair) - tukar setiap 3 tahun
Penapis E - (merah jambu) - tukar setiap 3 tahun
Penapis F - (ungu) - tukar setiap 5 tahun

Teringat saya zaman rock kapak, zaman search, lefthanded, syj dan semua band-band Battle of The Band la. Kalau search tu, amy la glamer. Begitu jugak Hillary, gitaris yang hebat. Member lak cerita yang Hillary ni belajar gitar kat Jerman. Lagi la terpegun. Pastu dengar lak Hillary ni guru kepada Shahrul Ekamatra. Hebat..hebat Lefthanded lak, nash la glamer, man kidal pun aper kurangnya. Cuma Samad jer yang low profile. Selepas beberapa tahun, barulah aku tahu yang Samad ni hebat bermain gitar..mungkin sebab dibayangi oleh man kidal, so samad tenggelam sikit la. Tapi samad tak lama dengan kita. Dia kembali ke rahmatullah pada tahun 2008. Al-Fatihah.

Selamat Tahun Baru 2009

2008 dah berlalu. Terasa sekejap jer 2008. Masa berlalu terlalu pantas. Biasanya semangat nak capai sesuatu matlamat tu sekejap jer...tak lama...cepat lupa...semangat tu makin hari makin turun...100%..80%...40%...habisss...jadi kalo nak matlamat kita pada tahun 2009 ni tercapai kena la kita sebut/ingat matlamat kita tu setiap hari. Tujuan saya buat blog http://diari2009.blogspot.com cuma nak diarikan aktiviti tahun 2009 ni. Pasal kerja ker...pasal hobi ker, aper2 jer la...walaupun dah ader diari fizikal, tapi diari virtual ni lagi menarik...haha
